Francisco Leyte Vidal Inarra, Division General. (Mayarí, Holguin Jurisdiction 1852 – Santiago de Cuba 1926). He was a Colonel in the Ten Years' War. He participated in the Baraguá Protest on March 15, 1878. Appointed Municipal Mayor of Marianao in Havana City in 1899, winning the elections for that position in 1900 and 1901. Elected Representative to the Chamber on May 5, 1902 in Cuba .
